The elongated, egg-shaped stone fruits with gray and leathery skin are harvested once a year. A distinction is made between sweet almonds and bitter almonds. Our almond products contain 99% sweet almonds. To produce our almond products, the almonds are pressed using a gentle cold-pressing process. The oil presscake is ground into fine almond protein with a high protein content of 51% in further production steps.
