Cultivation & Production

Almond cultivation

The elongated, egg-shaped stone fruits with gray and leathery skin are harvested once a year. A distinction is made between sweet almonds and bitter almonds. Bitter almonds are used to produce essential oils. Our almond products contain 99% sweet almonds. To produce our almond products, the almonds are pressed using a gentle cold-pressing process.
